How can I make peace in the world if I am not at peace within myself? Peace is not only what I think or what I say. Peace is who I am. Making peace begins with being peace.

There is no distinction between the liquidity of orange juice, its orange colour and its nutritious qualities. The consistency, color, and quality of orange juice are an integrated whole. Similarly, thinking, acting, and being peace are an integrated whole. When I condemn my neighbour, my dog or the traffic light, I can’t be peace. Peace emerges out of trust. Talking and thinking about trust is not peace. To practice peace, I need to practice trust.
