What are we?

Very simplistically: Some ideas suggest that we are not our body. Some suggest that all we are is our body. Looking at physics, there is the Wave-Particle Duality. Electrons can’t be observed as a particle and as a wave at the same time. Light behaves like a wave, for example when a candle flows around an object that blocks its path, and it also behaves like a particle, for example when fired from a Laser. Particles behave like waves. Or the other way: waves behave like particles. Maybe with humans it’s the same. We are a particle: a physical being interacting and effecting this physical world. And also we are a wave, something we can’t hold onto or grasp. The visible and the invisible. The touchable and the untouchable. The hands and the heart.
